She plays an integral role to our team, with ongoing training for our agents to remain productive and successful. Living in Havasu over 26 years, she enjoys the town’s atmosphere and her position as a Realtor® and Licensed Assistant. Judy Ann Cheon has over 25 years of experience in local/regional and national sales, marketing, product planning and training. Judy is one of the Owners of the REMAX Prestige Properties franchise in Lake Havasu City, AZ, and takes the lead in management of the LLC. Education is an important component in keeping her performance in the top level. She holds the Real Estate designations of: EcoBroker, Accredited Buyer Representative, Certified Land Sales Specialist, Graduate of REALTOR Institute, Certified Residential Specialist, Certified Neighborhood Specialist, Certified New Home Specialist and Residential Construction Certified. Judy is on the Executive Committee for the Lower Colorado River Resource, Conservation & Development Area, Inc. (LCRRCD), A non-profit organization promoting energy, land and water conservation.
